Based on the information you provide, we will work to reduce or eliminate your debts, put an end to harassing collection calls, protect your home and other assets from foreclosure or repossession, and reduce your interest rates and/or monthly payments.

Consumer Protection and Litigation: Simply being in default on a debt does not automatically entitle a creditor to foreclose real estate or repossess goods. Very strict consumer protection laws and procedures exist that creditors must follow in such situations - to protect you.

For example, if the terms of the loan were not properly disclosed, or if you were not given proper notice of your rights, or if you may have substantial claims for damages that could offset the outstanding loan balance. In addition, Many collectors resort to unlawful tactics in order to pressure consumers to pay debts. These efforts often cause the collector to reduce the claim or eliminate it entirely. In many cases, our client can actually recover money from the collector due to the violation of the consumer's rights. Our office is dedicated to protecting people from abusive lending and debt collection practices. If you think you may have been the victim of abuse lending or collection practices, contact our office for an evaluation of your case.
